At VYB, we want you to feel confident and empowered in your gear. If the fit isn't perfect or you receive a damaged item, we are happy to help you find the right replacement.
Please note: We do not offer monetary refunds. All sales are final. We offer exchanges only.
You have 7 days from the date you receive your package to request an exchange. If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following strict criteria:
Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
Packaging: It must be returned in its original packaging (including the original plastic bag/branding).
Please Note: If the item shows any signs of wear, scents (perfume/deodorant), or damage not caused by us, the exchange will not be approved.
We understand that finding the perfect fit is important. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Once your original item is received and inspected, we will send out the replacement item.
Note: Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges due to size or color preference.
We inspect every piece before it ships, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.
Send us a photo of the damage along with your order number.
We will arrange for a replacement of the same item at no additional cost to you.
