Shipping policy

 

At VYB, we are committed to getting your gear to you quickly and efficiently so you can start moving with confidence. We proudly partner with Aramex to ensure reliable delivery across Lebanon.

Due to the current global political climate and its effect on fuel prices, delivery charges have unfortunately had to be increased.

1. Shipping Rates

 

  • Standard Shipping: We offer a flat shipping rate of $5.00 for all orders across Lebanon.

  • Free Shipping: Orders totaling $100.00 or more qualify for FREE shipping.

 

2. Order Processing Time

 

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to process and pack your order. You will receive a notification as soon as your package has been handed over to Aramex.

  • Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.

 

3. Delivery Estimates

 

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Beirut & Greater Beirut: 1–3 business days.

  • Outside Beirut / Remote Areas: 2–4 business days.

  • Delivery times may vary slightly depending on Aramex schedules and public holidays.

 

4. Payment Method

 

Currently, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

  • Please ensure you have the exact amount ready for the courier upon arrival to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

  • Important: Please make sure the phone number you provide at checkout is correct and active, as the courier will contact you to coordinate delivery.

 

5. Order Tracking

 

Once your order has been processed and picked up by Aramex, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email containing your Tracking Number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment directly on the Aramex website or app.

 

6. Shipping Areas

 

We currently ship to all regions within Lebanon. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

 

If your package arrives damaged or if you have any issues with the delivery, please contact us immediately at support@vyblb.com so we can resolve the issue with Aramex.
